About the Founder
Meg is the founder of The Growth Compass consultancy where she provides operational planning services to small businesses that are on a trajectory of growth and optimization. Her experience spans across various leadership roles in engineering and operations management, with a concentration in manufacturing.
Meg takes a balanced approach to business by considering the triple bottom line - people, planet, and profit - throughout her work. She tackles tough challenges with the mindset of an engineer, yet without surrendering the human element of business. She thrives on inspiring others to achieve success, using candor and collaboration to align herself with her clients' needs in order to generate the best results for their business.
Before launching The Growth Compass, Meg has had over a decade of experience delivering results in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments. Recent work includes:

Guided PE Investors and Founder in growing CNC machine shop by 2x revenue and +7% EBITDA in 18 months, laying the foundation for future growth within the Aerospace & Defense industry
