Machine Time Inc. is a precision CNC machining business that specializes in producing high-quality, tight-tolerance custom parts. Since its founding in 2016, Machine Time has developed a reputation for being able to deliver exceptionally challenging parts at specification, the first time. The Realization

After six years, Machine Time had secured a core customer base, begun to turn a profit, and was an emerging industry leader known for the quality of service they deliver. The founder knew that if he wanted to fulfill his vision of growing his business beyond Nicholasville, Kentucky he needed to bring in operational support to help translate his vision into a tangible roadmap for success.

7% increase in EBITDA in just 18 months under a streamlined operational infrastructure that set the organization up for continued growth.
