The Integrator seat is one of the hardest jobs in the room.
But you don’t have to figure it out alone.
The Growth Lab is a coaching program built specifically for Integrators who are new to the seat or have never had the support they deserve — combining real-world EOS experience with a personalized development roadmap designed around your actual organization, your actual team, and where you are right now.
You’re not struggling. You’re just doing it without a map.
If any of these feel true, you’re in the right place:
You stepped into the Integrator seat with confidence — and then the weight of it surprised you
You’re managing up, down, and sideways simultaneously and not sure you’re doing any of it well enough
Your Visionary moves fast and changes direction often, and you’re not always sure how to hold the line without damaging the relationship
You can see where the team’s accountability is breaking down but you haven’t found the right lever to fix it
You’re running L10s, hitting Rocks, and keeping score — but something still feels like it’s missing
You wonder sometimes if you’re really operating as an Integrator or just a very busy manager
You don’t have another Integrator in your life who actually gets what this role feels like
None of this means you’re failing. It means you’re in one of the most demanding leadership seats in any organization — and your commitment has you wanting to elevate your game.
The longer you go without the right foundation, the more it costs.
The patterns you build in the Integrator role — how you hold accountability, how you communicate with your Visionary, how you protect the operating rhythm — become the foundation everything else is built on. Get them right and they compound in your favor. Let them drift and they calcify into problems that take twice the effort to fix later.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re brand new to the seat or have been in it for years. What matters is whether you’ve ever had the right support. Most Integrators haven’t. They learn by trial and error, absorb a lot of unnecessary friction, and spend significant time and energy on problems that have already been solved by someone who’s been in the seat before them.
The good news…it doesn’t have to work that way.
INTRODUCING THE GROWTH LAB
A coaching program built from the inside out.
Most coaching programs hand you a curriculum — the same frameworks, the same sequence, the same advice regardless of who you are or what your organization actually needs.
The Growth Lab works differently.
Before we build anything, we diagnose everything. Your organization’s EOS Organizational Checkup scores, combined with a proprietary Integrator Pain Point Assessment, give us a clear picture of exactly where the friction is — inside the system, inside your leadership, or both. From that data, we build a coaching roadmap that is specific to you. Not a template. Not a playbook everyone else gets. Yours.
Because the right coaching for an Integrator whose Traction scores are struggling looks nothing like the right coaching for one who can’t get the V/I relationship to hold.
HOW IT WORKS
The diagnostic-first process.
Because generic coaching produces generic results.
-
We start by examining your organization’s most recent EOS Organizational Checkup scores across all Six Key Components – Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. We’re not just looing for what’s low. We’re looking for the shape of the dysfunction and where systemic friction is concentrated.
-
You complete a proprietary assessment designed to surface the frustrations, blind spots, and growth edges specific to the Integrator role. We look beyond the scores to the emotional texture of your experience — the words you use, the themes that repeat, and the places where you may be avoiding what most needs your attention.
-
This is the diagnostic pivot. Where do the Organizational Checkup data and your expressed frustrations tell the same story? Those intersections are the highest-confidence coaching targets. We also identify whether the pain is structural (the organization lacks the right tools or processes) or behavioral (a leadership growth edge that only you can close).
-
Most Integrator challenges trace back to one of five root patterns: strategic maturity limitations, financial visibility gaps, accountability breakdowns, leadership skill gaps, or unclear decision-making authority. Naming the root pattern accurately is what makes the coaching stick.
-
Together, we define a focused, achievable sprint — selecting one to two priority EOS components and one leadership competency to develop deeply. Each month builds on the last: structural alignment and authority clarity first, then accountability and people performance, then data fluency and strategic contribution. Your roadmap is sequenced to create compounding progress, not scattered effort.
-
Coaching without measurement is coaching without accountability. We track behavioral shifts, scorecard improvements, Organizational Checkup score gains, and Pain Point Assessment reductions each quarter. At the end of every 90-day sprint, we reassess, celebrate what’s moved, and recalibrate the next cycle.

The Growth Lab is selective by design
This program produces real results because it requires real commitment. Meg works with a limited number of Integrators at a time — which means every client gets her full attention, and every client is genuinely ready to do the work.
If you’re looking for someone to validate your current approach, this probably isn’t the right fit — and that’s okay. If you’re ready to be challenged, honest about your gaps, and serious about leading at a higher level, this is what changes when you have a trusted guide in your corner.
Clarity & Decisiveness
You know your authority, you trust your judgment, and you stop second-guessing decisions that are yours to make.
Leadership Presence
You lead with confidence in the room — in L10s, in difficult conversations, and in front of the people who are watching how you handle pressure.
A Stronger V/I Relationship
You and your Visionary operate with shared language, clear boundaries, and genuine trust — the foundation everything else is built on.
An Operating Rhythm That Holds
The business runs on a cadence your whole team can feel — not just in the meetings, but in the decisions made between them.
Real Accountability
Your leadership team owns outcomes with clarity. You’re no longer the only one holding the line.
Founder Trust
Your Visionary sees you as a true strategic partner — not just a capable operator. That relationship changes everything.
Ready to lead from the seat
with confidence?
It all starts with a two-way conversation—a chance for you to ask questions, share where you are, and determine together whether The Growth Lab is the right fit for you.
