The Realization

Machine Time Inc., a family-owned machine shop, recognized an opportunity to streamline their operations and invited us to assist with the growth planning for their organization. During our assessment, we saw a bottleneck at the forefront of their data management with workflows that were highly manual and time-consuming. Information was siloed within each functional area and involved excessive work to be processed, transferred, communicated, and analyzed - inhibiting the organization’s ability to make informed decisions quickly and reliably. 

There was a critical need within Machine Time’s operations for a digital transformation which could generate efficiency while supporting the scaled growth that was on the horizon. We had the opportunity to connect the dots across the entire organization by implementing Machine Time’s first digital Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
