Hi, I’m Meg. Integrator and Coach.

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of strategy and operations — building the systems, solving the problems, and doing the organizational work that lets founders finally lead instead of manage.

That path led me to EOS and eventually to the Integrator seat itself. I know what it costs to hold that role without the right support. And I know what’s possible when you have it.
